SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

We ship USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate (insurance for the first US$50.00 included) – Shipping on us for all orders $50.00 and up shipped to the 50 states of the United States.

We ship USPS Expedited Mail (insurance for the first US$100.00 included) – Shipping costs are incurred by the Customer.

 

Delays in Transit:
We are not responsible for any delay in transit whether it is caused by the carrier or by natural disasters or events out of human control.
 

Incorrect Shipping Address:
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. All additional shipping charges due to an incorrect address will be incurred by the Customer.
 

Damaged Shipment:
We do our very best to pack your order carefully and securely. On the other hand, carriers do not always handle packages as conscientiously. Should your order arrive damaged, please let us know at your very earliest convenience by e-mail so that we can file a USPS claim. Please bear in mind that you MUST keep all merchandise and packing material until either we or your USPS Office contacts you regarding the claim.
 

Lost Shipment:

Should your order not arrive, please let us know so that we can file a claim for you no earlier than 15 days and no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.

 

RETURNS

Our Return Policy varies depending on the nature of the product.
 

Products that do not qualify for a return:
For your safety, we cannot accept returns on food, bath and body products, and we thank you for your understanding.

 

Products that qualify for a return:

-          The product that you received is not the product that you ordered. Mistakes may happen, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

-          The merchandise that you received has a factory defect. Be reassured, this will not happen often as we do inspect ALL orders when we receive shipments from our suppliers AND before packing your order and shipping it out to you.

 

You must be able to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


For products that qualify for a return, please e-mail us so that we can send you a RMN and some specific instructions, and please read the following very carefully.
 

* Requests for return goods must be made within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise.

* The RMN (Return Merchandise Number) must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

* Item must be in its original packaging, and in its original condition (not worn, nor laundered, nor stained), tag(s) not removed, with no chip, no dent, no spot, no alteration.

Returns that do not meet the requirements above will be refused.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping.

 

EXCHANGES

If the merchandise that the Customer receives does not qualify for a return and the Customer still wishes to send it back because the Customer changed his/her mind, then it must be an exchange, not a return.


For your safety, we cannot accept exchanges on food, bath and body products, and we thank you for your understanding.

 

Please note that our online images are representations only. It is understood that there may be some slight variations between the online image and the actual product.

 

For products that qualify for an exchange, please e-mail us so that we can send you an EMN and some specific instructions, and please read the following very carefully.

* Requests to exchange goods must be made within three (3) days of receipt of merchandise.

* Item must be in its original packaging, and in its original condition (not worn, nor laundered, nor stained), tag(s) not removed, with no chip, no dent, no spot, no alteration.

* You must be able to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

* The EMN (Exchange Merchandise Number) must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

* The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all exchanges.

* If, after the 15% restocking fee and after the exchange for another product, there is a balance due to the Customer, we will be happy to issue a store credit for the balance. No refund will be issued.

Exchanges that do not meet the requirements above will be refused.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We do not issue refunds on any digital products (Language and Etiquette series) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance though if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
