Choose the orange corer for a cavity as small as ½” diameter – works well for strawberries, for example.
Choose the green corer for a cavity as small as 7/8” diameter – works well for cucumbers, for example.
Choose the red corer for a cavity as small as 1-1/8” diameter – works well for apples or tomatoes, for example.
The corer also has a graduated ruler which allows you to determine the depth of the cavity that you are preparing to make, and most importantly, you will be able to know when to stop coring before you puncture a hole on the other side of your apple. Very handy. I love it!
