SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

We ship USPS Priority Mail (+ Insurance) or, upon request, USPS Expedited (+Insurance).

Shipping costs are incurred by the Customer.

 

Delays in Transit:
We are not responsible for any delay in transit whether it is caused by the carrier or by natural disasters or events out of human control.
 

Incorrect Shipping Address:
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. All additional shipping charges due to an incorrect address will be incurred by the Customer.
 

Damaged Shipment:
We do our very best to pack your order carefully and securely. On the other hand, carriers do not always handle packages as conscientiously. Should your order arrive damaged, please let us know at your very earliest convenience by e-mail and kindly file a USPS claim. Please bear in mind that you MUST keep all merchandise and packing material until either we or your USPS office contacts you regarding the claim.
 

Lost Shipment:

Should your order not arrive, please let us know no earlier than 15 days and no later than 30 days from the date of mailing.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping.

However, the variations, if any, would be minimal as WE DO NOT PHOTOSHOP our images, NOR DO WE USE FILTERS OR ANY TYPE OF ENHANCEMENTS.
