A note from Coco:

Orange flower water has been used in France for many, many years. I remember the smell of madeleines coming out of my mother's oven...!

We traditionally use it as a flavoring in pound cakes, butter cakes, crepe batter, some custards, etc. It is delicate, yet distinct.

A few drops can also dress up a glass of tap water or sparkling water.
