Cooked as a side dish and dressed with olive oil, or cooked in a broth as a risotto, this rice will surprise you by its wonderful nutty flavor.

Having seen the source of this rice in Camargue and having met with the Benoit family, I can assure you that this rice grows with a lot of care and with respect for its environment. This is the only place in France where rice grows and where you can see wild flamingos at the same time! It is a very special place, the home of a very special rice.
