If you are looking for an all-in-one, easy and delicious main dish, this is it! I highly recommend it because the pork and the potatoes are cooked side by side in this recipe, and they come out nice, moist, and tasty. I like the tenderloin because it is lean and tender. It is the part that is just inside the rib bones, tucked along the backbone -  quite expensive per pound, but really worth it.
