French crepes! We all love them – with lemon and sugar, Nutella, syrup and butter, berries, cherries, etc.
They are easy to fix. All you need is the right recipe and the right pan, and it will be a breeze. Traditionally served on Mardi Gras in France, crepes have been made in Brittany for at least seven hundred years, and for a long time, there was no tax on buckwheat whereas there was a tax on wheat. So, buckwheat was used on a much larger scale, and that is why we still have the tradition of buckwheat crepes in Brittany today.
